Deb joined St. Andrew's as New Castle Presbytery's designated Disability Advocate.  In that role, Deb acts as our in-house consultant on all things accessibility-related.  Deb, her husband, Dave, and their guide dog, Molly lead our congregation in the direction of accessibility for all people interested in being part of the St. Andrew's community.
